By using wya, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use wya

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Using wya respectfully

Don't use wya to harass, follow or harm anyone, to impersonate someone, or to break the law. Don't try to get around the app's privacy protections or access other people's data. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Your location

wya shares your location with friends as described in our Privacy Policy. Only connect with people you trust. Location can be wrong or delayed, so don't rely on wya for your safety or in an emergency.

Bar information

Hours, prices, events and how busy a place is may be wrong or out of date. Check with the venue. wya isn't connected to the bars listed unless we say so. Please drink responsibly, and follow the law where you are.

Things you add

You're responsible for what you add to wya. You allow us to use it to run the app, and we can remove it.

Availability

wya is provided as is, without warranties. It may change, have problems, or stop being available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Ending your use

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We can update these terms, and using wya after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
